Sounds like a plan to me! I'd go ahead and install a 3 inch body lift though. You might as well get an extra inch of lift for the same amount of work. As far as parts, I'd look at Fabtech and Pro Comp spindles. I'm not sure which will be the least expensive. As for the body lift, get the Performance Accessories kit. And be sure to shop around for the best price on the BFG's. You might also want to consider the Nitto Terra Grapplers and Toyo Open Country AT's. Both are getting rave reviews and are less expensive than the BFG's.

dont forget to have the rear end regeared to at least 4.10's or 4.30's for the 33's. Also if you go with the spindles and 3 inch body, you can run 35's and you need 4.56 gears for those tires. On a side note, 33's can be run with only lift spindles. Just the point Ime trying to make is that you need to regear your rear end or you might break things and deffinately suffer in the perfomance department.

I second the gearing
def think about gears....if not for the breakage...for the low end performance loss. I did my tires and lift and then drove it just long enough(2 days) to realize it really sucked so i regeared and added a true trac which does the work in 2wd that 4lo had to handle b-4......if your is like my 02 v-6 it has 3.55 gears and they just wont cut it off roading with bigger tires man. my 2 pennies....
