fabtech 6" lift and 37's???

I had a local tire shop tell me that 37x12.50x17 MTR's won't fit without rubbing with this lift kit. How much offset do I need?? Please help if possible.

Most of the people I've seen running the Fabtech lift are using 35x12.50's on a 10 inch wide wheel. You might be able to squeeze a 37x12.50 in there if you crank the torsion bars all the way up.

No torsion...

If I'm not mistaken.... there isn't a torsion bar on the 2004 F-150.

You're correct. There are no torsion bars on 04-05 F-150, but there are on 97-03's. I guess we need to know what year your truck is.

Duh!! My bad.
You may be able to fit a 37x12.50, but the wheel width and back will have to be perfect. I'm sure they would fit with the stock wheels, but I know you don't want that.

Not gonna happen with a 6", better invest in a body lift as
well. unless you have some major offset on the rims.

post up how it turns out.. I had to modify my lift and install
a 3" body lift to clear my 38"s when 1st installed. I ahve enough
clearance now for 40's
