Tires/wheels?

You didn't mention this...did they check the wheels and tires for bent wheel or broken belts in tire?

I had the same problem, just replaced front rotor, Ford should do it for free with that milage, and my truck is in the shop now for a new ring and pinion, they said it is because robots pack the rear end the first time and they are not as precise with gears and they wear out faster, once a human does it is should last much longer, it is a common ford problem. It should all be covered under warranty.
