fron end problem

i have a 95 f150 with an 8 inch suspension lift and 2 inch body lift running on 38's. i am having a problem with the front tires bowing out.i just spent $4000 getting a 9 inch rearend and 5:13 gears put in both axles.everything is new in both.i have had it to everyshop i can find for a wheel alignment and noone can get the wheels straight.i have told them i need camber shims put in but noone knows what im talking about.can anyone tell me what i need to do to get this frontend into specks.is there something out there that i am missing or can it even be fixed.

if you do not have i beam relocating brackets you need to order them out of any 4 wheel drive mag. they are inexspensive and easy to put on.
