99F150 with 5" and 35s

looking at purchasing a 99F150 4wd 5.4 with a 5" RCD lift and 35s with 3.55 gears. the truck only has 47k on it. my question is the overall affects of of running 3.55 gears with 35s for so long(lift installed in 2000, not sure on mileage). I would of course reagear it if I do buy it., but I want to know if this could have caused damage to the transmission driving it undegeared. also it hasent ben recalibrated to 35s either

also its had ball joints, upper arms, idler arms, pitman arm replaced in 2004, is this something that needs to be addressed every 4 years or so with a lift on one of these trucks?

thanks for the help in advance, Ive never owned a lifted IFS rig before so any help is appricated.

Well, Ford has had some problems with ball joints and tie rod ends, so the replacement is normal. Yes, the 35's and 3.55 gears did add stress on the tranny, but so will heavy towing or hauling. I would just have the truck checked out throughly and you should be fine.
