Rear End Vibration on decel from 75mph

Hello all;

I just replaced both rear wheel/axle bearings and seals. I lubed up the sliders on the rear calipers and filled the diff with 1 bottle friction modifier, and 5.5 pints of 85-140 synthetic gear lube.

Now, when I let off of the gas on the highway, I have a severe vibration and noise that appears to be coming form the rear end. I can feel the viration at 60 and 75 mph, but the rest of the time the rear end seems to be working smoothly and quietly.

Any ideas? The spider pinion had some minor wear on it, and all of the side/spider gears looked to be in good condition. I did not remove the carrier and the bearings and backlash were within specs.

3:73 LS with 70k.

thank you in advance for your input.
