I believe there is still a rake. The difference between front and rear on a 4x2 is approx. 2" and on a 4x4 its approx. 4" because of the 2" blocks that the 4x2s don't have. If you wanted a 4x4 level, you'd need to both the blocks and shackle...I think.

Thanks, the wheels are called XBahn they are 22x9.5. The truck sits so nice the pics do it no justice. I'll put better pics up this weekend after I wash and wax, and put my chrome door handles on that I have sitting here.

Guys, I would like to lower my FX4....just a little. Make it a little easier to get in and out of. I don't mind the rake and was thinking I could remove the blocks to get the 2" drop in back and would like to also get a 2"drop in front. What is needed for that? I've looked around and it seems all the sites I've looked at just list kits for front and rear. Does anyone know where I can get just what is needed to drop the front 2". Is it just new shocks? Any reccomendations on what brand to get? Also, would I need to get the truck realigned if I just dropped it 2" all around?

Thanks

If you are still up for dropping the front some more, and possibly the back, Roush does make a lowering kit for the 4X4. I have it on my 2005 FX4 and it lowered the front 2" and the rear 3". I have 22's with 305/40/22 Perelli's and I could still use to go down another inch or two in the rear. I'm planning on removing the blocks and installing Firestone Airbags in the rear for while I am towing.

Here is the truck at stock height...

and here is what she looks like with the Roush suspension and a bunch of other mods...

Well I must say that you asked the same thing I wanted to know, but i am still unsure how much I really need to lower my truck. Mine is on 24's and dont want to lower it too much.
