Alignment Question

Ok I'm hoping you guys can help me out. I'm on vacation visiting my parents, and I'm driving my dad's Jeep Grand Cheroke and it pulls to the right. It's done this for a while. Is it just the alignment or are the ball joints shot? It only pulls to the right so I'm thinking alignment. The reason I ask is because I plan on getting it fixed for him. I know it's not an f150 question, but I will have more of those when I get back to my truck I'm sure.
Thanks

Chances are it is just out of alignment. Bring it to an alignment shop and they will tell you if anything needs to be replaced as they cannot do an accurate alignment with worn out parts.

Make sure the air pressure is the same in all 4 tires. This can also cause the vehicle to pull. Also, inspect the front tires for unusual wear patterns. This could be a clue to an alignment problem.

If it's pulling and it's not the tires that is an easy alignment fix. The radius arms have eccentrics to adjust caster......bam...quick adjust....away you go.

Have them check the trac bar.....it's probably bad. Most are. About $115 installed.

Thanks for all the help. My Dad told me the rim on the right side has leaked air since he bought it. I never remember the thing pulling so hard though.
