Do I Need 2" Block to Correct Driveline Angle??

I know I read somewhere that with a certain(s) suspension lift on a standard cab 97-03 F150 you need to purchase from a Ford dealership a FLAT 2" BLOCK to replace the factory TAPERED 2" BLOCK in order to correct the driveline angle...

I have a 97 std cab, short bed, 4x4, 5 spd & a 6" Skyjacker suspension lift & 3" PA body lift -- Do I need to replace this block??

Thanks in advance.
