Leveling Kit Pitch issues

I had my 2004 Lariat 4*2 Supercrew leveled. I like the height in the front now, but is there anyway I could get the pitch back that I had before with the back being a little higher than the front?

Put a bigger block in the back or a leaf.

You can put a taller block in the rear.

I'm quite new to all of this! What is exactly a bigger block? Does this go above the shocks?

no, if you look between your spring and the axle there is a 2" block. i would go to autozone and buy the 3" block. the is cost about 20 bucks and even has the new u-bolts with it. hope this helps.

He has a 4x2, so he doesn't have a factory lift block. What we are talking about is a lift block that goes between the leaf springs and rear axle. Just decide how much you want to raise the rear. If you want to raise it 2 inches, buy a 2 inch lift block. You can buy these from Adavance Auto, 4Wheel Parts, etc. The kits will come with a lift block for each side and new longer u-bolts to mount them with.

New Shocks

Would I need to buy new rear shocks when adding the lift blocks? Will the stock shocks be okay for this?

Do a search. I remember a thread a week or so ago. A 2wd that had the shocks topping out and making for a rough ride because if raising the rear with blocks. You can go with take off 4WD shocks and it will be OK Plan on spending $50 to $100 for those.
