Do I Need A 48" Lift Jack with a 6" Lift?

My 98 F150 XLT 4WD is in the shop right now getting Skyjacker 6" susp. lift and PA 3" body lift. I'm getting 37x12.5x17 tires.

Will the stock jack be able to reach or do I have to buy a big 48" lift jack?

Thanks in advance.

You're going to want a bigger jack than the stock one for sure. I only have 265's on mine and my stock jack is easy to max out (maybe one or two inches under the tires when maxxed).

your stock jack will be useless with that much lift, i use a huge sicsor jack used on hummer H1 or a 48 inch highlift jack, with the highlift you need to use a adapter to lift from the front tow hooks, i made my own with some chain, also you will need to put something inbetween the jack and front bumper so it doesnt scratch it, good luck
