Front and rear, same part number?

I was rebuilding the front end of my 89 and noticed that the poly bushing set for the sway bar end links are the same front and rear. This is the same set I put in the rear, and trying to figure out how they want me to put these in the front. Sandwich the 2 1/2's with the steel shaft on the upper, and one of the other 2 for the lower? and should i use both washers on that one? i'm a little lost here.. any ideas?

seems the bushing size is exactally the same as the upper rear link, and all 4 up front.. guess the kit does really work for F and R . Additionally.. anyone find a way to get those damn sleeves outta those bolts? Had a few shock bolts that gave me trouble on this truck too, and it took an angle grinder, and a few drill bits to "Get R done".. lol too much damn rust in indiana i guess...
