Shims

For those wanting to level their 2wd with lowering shackle kits for the rear,,here is a piece of advice. Don't go on the cheap! If I had to buy again , I would get the Ground Force shackle kit. It comes with the shims that WILL BE needed to maintain the proper driveshaft angle, thus avoiding vibration.
I bought the Beltech shackle for 20 bucks less than the GF kit and had to purchase shims later. Wound up spending about the same coin. The GF kit has much better quality parts.
I called Beltech about the vibration I had from 20-25mph and they told me I needed shims.I asked why arent they included with the kit? They said it holds the cost of the kit down and some people dont need them. BS. Well I guess they fooled me into buying separately which maximizes their profit.
I'm sure others will vouch for the GF kits quality.

Hmm, Yah my Beltech kit was the same way. Don't be fooled, you will need the shims. I have never had a problem with my kit, its been good so far.
And yes Summit would be a good choice, you can also try Chassis Tech/AIM industries.
Good lookin' truck patman. C mine at my CC web site.
