Pics of similar setup?

Hey Guys,

I am new to this forum and have recently become the proud owner of a 2006 F150 Lariat 4x4 SuperCrew w/ 20" OEM tires & 6.5' bed (Smokestone 2-tone). I have a short list of mods I would like to make and at or near the top of that list is to add a leveling kit. After reading here and with the advice of some friends I am considering 2" AS.

I am looking for any pics you guys might have of a similar truck to mine so that I can see what the result is w/ the kit installed.

Also, I've noticed that many who have added 2" AS have also gone with 1.5" AAL. I am also interested in any pros & cons (& pics) of adding the AAL that you don't mind sharing.

Thanks in advance for your responses!

Surely there's someone out there who has a similar truck to mine that has added a leveling kit.

Here is my 2004 F150 Lariat 4x4 SuperCrew before and after 2" autospring, and also with new wheels/tires. I did the 2" because I tow a lot and also don't like the look of the front being a little higher than the back. Haven't added AAL, although I'm thinking about it, might go with air bags in the back though for the towing.

After AS:

jakecarter: Thanks for the pics! Lookin' good... those new tires/wheels really made a difference too! I noticed you also added a FlowMaster 40 Series Dual Exhaust, another thing I want to do. Have you been happy with that? Is there anything you would change about that if you could?

Thanks again!

I love the exhaust, wouldn't change a thing about it. I like having it come out from behind the wheels instead of straight out the back under the bumper, and I love the sound, although my neighbors would strongly disagree with me on that

My truck is a bit different than yours and my spacers are sitting on my work bench waiting for me to get off my buns and install them .

But I might add that the color of your truck is awsome!

I have Flowmaster 40 Series dual out the back on mine. I love it. The sound is sweet. I have gotten many compliments. I highly reccomend it
