I have a knocking sound coming from the front of my truck.There is a n arm that goes from the front wheel to the chassis.The bushing where the two meet is worn.My question is:- What is the name of that bushing ? And Where could I buy it? Thanks

 

Sounds like you're describing the lower or upper control arm bushings. I've done 'em once..., Just once.... It's probably better if you have a shop do it.
It's a PITA.

ive got that problem right now and ive had it before this will be the second time i have to replace mine should cost you about $31 for parts if you do it yourself.... wow this is an old thread..... ooopppsss
