1.5" blocks

Can i buy the 1.5" cast iron blocks that are made for a 4x4 if i have a 4x2? I want to install them on my 2006 4x2 to add 1.5" to the back to level it ou and raise it up a little like the 4x4, and i think they will work but i am not sure, let me know, so i can order them soon if possible, thank you! I just ordered the autosprings 2.5" leveling kit.

Yes, you will also need the longer u-bolts from the 4x4. Also, I believe the OEM 4x4 lift blocks are 2 inches.

I know the normal block in a 4x4 is 2" but i am thinking 1.5" just because it will help level out the truck more. I guess the extra .5" wont do much, i just figure the diff between the 2.5 and 1.5 would almost level out the truck leaving only a little rake so when i tow my boat it will sit level. Where would i get the U-blocks for the new blocks in back? will they not come with them when i purchase them online, like will i need to buy these seperately you think? and if so where would i do it, could i just buy them at a hardware store or should it be from an auto company?

Most aftermarket lift block kits will come with new u-bolts, but some don't. Just be sure to ask. I would buy a kit containing new u-bolts. That way you know you will get a bolt strong enough for the job.
