Hey you guys with 6" lifts what do you have in the rear of your truck? I have the blocks that came with my six inch fabtech lift... I have the add-a-leafs I just havn't had the time to install them but my rear end looks really low... It is about a one inch difference from the front to the back but my back end looks way too low... I've seen some pictures of f150's with 6" lifts already on that the ford dealerships sell..they stacked the blocks in the back to make the rear end stupid high, they put the 6" blocks with the 2" blocks stacked...we don't ever do there around here it's a little dangerous. But I see all these 6" lifted trucks with high rear ends...did you stack blocks or did you just do the 6" blocks?

And did anyone do a body lift on a 04-07 themself? If so let me know I'm thinking about gettin some 37's or 38's and the lift shop that I work at doesn't want to mess with a new bodystyle f150 (bad experiences, I wasn't there to witness it). But I'm thinking about doing the body lift myself..just wanted any tips or hints.. (plan on gettin 24's )

because where i live everyone and their brother has a lifted truck... they get a six inch lift and 20's on some cheap roks and think they have the baddest rig in the world...even though it's a two wheel drive and 8 years old...filled with walmart accessories. So i'm gettin 24's to stand out even more.... plus they have some guy who gets everything i get for my 04 he goes into our lift shop and asks for everything i have put on? yea gay.

to everyone that lives in states with lift laws concerning bumper height:
If y'all lifted above max height, how long did it take you to get noticed by the cops? I plannin on puttin on a 7.5" suspension lift and then the 35" tires add 3.5" of lift and that will put me .5" over height. i dont think the cops will notice that though. i also want to install a 2" body lift to make up for height diff btween 4x4s and 2x4s. so if you guys lifted at least an inch or two over limit, how long did it take to git caught and how much was the inspection ticket?

Dude in my opinion I think your truck would be awesome with the 37/38's on your 20's your truck is a new body style and with that big of a tire you dont need to get 24's to try to stand out seriously it already stands out!!!

I would hate to know how much the tires and wheels cost.I have been ordering and making plans to get everything installed for 2 weeks. I would for sure be divorced if I tried to get 24's. I think the 20's will look good.
