shocks

i hear about the bilsteins that replace the front shocks and can give a 2" lift i believe? i was wondering if there is anything similar for a 97? if there isnt is it because there is torsion bars? thanks

Right. You are talking about two different suspension systems. Our ride height is adjustable by increasing/decreasing the preload on the torsion bars.

thanks for the reply. is there anything else i can do to lift the front other than adjusting the torsion bars and getting a full suspension lift?

No. There are aftermarket torsion bar keys, but I believe they are a bad idea. THey just allow you to put way, way too much preload on your torsion bars which increases wear and tear on your suspension/steering components and destroyes your ride quality.
