what about as far as the width would i be able to do 13.50's or just do the 12.50's

With just a leveling kit I wouldn't think you could get anything more than a 12.5 on there. According to one of your previous post you were planning on keeping your staock wheels. According to everything I have read and been told on here by some very credible members, it can be done, but the stock wheel is a little thin for a 12.5" tire. Keep that in mind when choosing your tire/wheel setup.
