Skyjacker 3" and 35x12.50x18s installed
For all the naysayers out there, I've contemplated long and hard about a 2.5" leveling kit vs. the skyjacker 3" kit, and despite the mixed reviews I decided to go with the skyjacker. A lot of people said this kit put too much stress on components but I couldnt find one owner who said that theyve had any problems with ball join wear etc. Most people had problems with leaky shocks, so I called skyjacker and they assured me that theyve taken corrective action for the faulty shocks and that if they did fail that they would be covered under warranty. Long story short, I decided on the skyjacker kit and put it on this past weekend. So far I couldnt be happier with the results. I drive 270 mi a week to and from work so I didnt want much lift killing my MPGs. The ride quality is stiffer but not unbearable, just feels more rigid. I will be adding a set of 1.5" wheel spacers to bring my tires away from knuckles a bit. I'll post if I encounter any problems with this kit. Heres a couple pictures post-wash and before the add-a-leaf was put it.

I kept going back and forth between the 2.5" AS and skyjacker. I asked around and got some measurements and it seemed like they were pretty close in overall height gains. WowakFX4 with the skyjacker kit on 35s claimed a 81" overall cab height while other people were posting about 80.5" with the AS spacer. I figured the skyjacker kit was better because you got a whole new coilover assembly as well as rear shocks and add-a-leaf.
