I was just looking around on 4wheelparts.com and found superlift front suspension lifts for $600. So what I'm wondering is what is stopping me from just buying that 5 inch lift for $600, 4 inch blocks and new u-bolts for around $130 and spending $400 on shocks. That would give me 4-5 inches of lift for considerably less than buying a full suspension lift. I'm on a tight budget so if this is a reasonable idea I'd like to know.

 

I figured it out. Basically, they sell the whole front lift kit in 3 different boxes, and charge you separately for each one. So when I saw $600, that was only for one of the boxes of parts. They did not explain it very well at all.
