its pretty popular to do
you could easily fit 37/38s if you did it but you would probly have to trim a little so theres no rubbing but you have to do that when you lift it anyways
personally i say go for it

I have a 3 inch body lift (and cranked up torsion bars) and 35's on my Screw. My stance is about the same as a Screw with a 4 inch suspension lift and 35's.

Wandell, I;m pretty sure for some reason I could,nt fit 35" tires with just a 3" body lift, the 315/70R/17 on a 17x9" rim with a tape measure is 34.5" across
I installed the 2" torsion key and 2" rear block kit first, and they rubbed and filled the fender well up, so I went with the 3" body and now its perfect no trimming and no rubbing..give me 5" lift and with taller tires another 2" to 3"
you have a nice looking truck ..

fiddy, the 3" makes a big difference for sure..It depends on what you want..Its fairley easy to install, If I coulda gotten a 6" suspension, I would,nt have put the 3" body lift on, But now that Ive got it on I might install the 4" or 6" suspension some day if that makes any sense
