just recently my 03 super cab 4x4 started making a noise from the front passenger side wheel area when i go over a bump (like a speed bump). it's only got 50k kms on it, stock, and has never been beaten on or offroaded, so this confuses me. it sounds kind of like a heavy desk getting dragged across a hard floor, but only for a split second. it makes the noise once when the suspension compresses and again when it expands. what should i check? what parts could be making this noise?

 

just had mine fixed. it was doing the same thing. it was my cross members. i had them tightened up and no more noise]

 

is that the same thing as the sway bar?
