what size tires... cause im going big!

i am planing on doing a 4 inch rough country and a 3inch PA body lift. my first question is if i cranked my torsion bars and got 3'' blocks for the rear instead of 2'' would that be like 8'' lift total instead of 7? next off with 7 or 8 inches of lift what size tires, would 36's do? by the way this is going on a 02 screw.

A buddy of mine has a 6 inch Fabtech and a 3 inch body lift. He's running 38.5s and they look great. You'll have an inch or two less lift than that so I'd say 37s would look pretty good. BTW, I have the same setup with the torsion bars/rear blocks and body lift that you're doing, and I'm debating whether to go with a 4 or 6 inch suspension lift on top of that. So I'd love to see pictures when you're done to help me decide.

If you are wanting to go that big, why not just get a 6 inch lift?

The price difference isn't that great. Go with the 6" lift you'll be much happier.

i agree, go with a 6" fabtech, and then crank the torsions and add a add a leaf in the rear, this will give you about the same amount of lift, and it would be easeir than the lift and a body lift, then if you want to go bigger latter you could always add a body lift on top of it all. good luck
