oh thats gonna be a problem. maybe someone who has delt with the same thing will chime in, but I'm guessin your gonna have to grind the Rhino Lining at least of the heads to expose the "hole" for the torx bit and around the boltheads as the lining will act as an adhesive holding the bolts to the bed. I think you're gonna wind up just grinding the heads off all the bed bolts...

I am not familiar with that product.I wonder if you were to heat the heads of the bolts with a torch if the material will break down?
As Don said you will prob have to grind them though.

Try trimming the Rhino lining off with a razor or grinder. I don't think you want to heat it.

Not sure how the liner will react to heat. thought about heating the bolt from the bottom, heat rises so the head of the bolt will get hot and maybe i can peel it off? who knows, if all else fails, ill grind off the heads and roll on somemore liner after the install is complete.

No, you don't have to remove the radiator. I can't remember, but I think the tranny cooler is moved. I remember the hard lines had to be bent slightly and they were a PITA.

no I didn't remove the radiator, I was able to trim the plastic tabs off with the shroud in the truck. I don't understand why the instructions tell you to remove the radiator, it would waste a lot of time...

and I didn't remove the tranny cooler either, yes u do have to bend the lines a bit and they are a bit tough to bend...
