need more lift, but how?

Ight, I am about to order some 33s and a 3 inch body lift, but the problem is is that my truck is a sport, but its not a 4X4, and I want to have that extra 2 to 3 inches but I dont know how to get it because I dont have enough to get a suspension and the tires so I was just going to settle with the body lift. Is there any other way to get that extra 2 or 3 inches becuase I know it will make it look a lot nicer and sharper. any suggestions?

Well if you arent worried about early cv wear you can always put new 3inch torsion keys and 2inch blocks in the back just with that kit you can fit 35s. The kit is only around 200 bucks

i think the 97-03 2wd's have coils.... not torsion bars like the 4x4. he would need a spacer like WANDELL said.

Yeah, they are sold according to lift height, not the actual size of the spacer.

Sorry, I didn't see your last post since we posted at almost the same time.
On the 97-03 4x2's, 2.5 inches is as high as you can go with spacers or lift coils. If you go higher, you need longer upper a-arms to get the alignment within factory specs. Fabtech used to make some. I'd go with a 2 or 2.5 inch lift spacer. You may need adjustable camber bolts (about $40) to get the alignment correct with 2 or 2.5 inches of lift.
