98 F150 Not Sure Which Bilstein Shocks?

I'm thinking of getting some Bilsteins for my 98 4WD SuperCab F150 with the stock height (no lift).

Places like Shockwarehouse.com have two different kinds of Bilstein Shocks. "Heavy Duty" and regular for my truck. They say to only install the heavy duty shocks on heavy duty F150's.

I bought my truck used and am unsure if it is a "heavy duty" truck. It came with the tow package that included "Heavy Duty" shocks. Does that make it a heavy duty truck when it comes to picking Bilsteins?

According to Shockwarehouse, the heavy duty trucks USUALLY have 7 lugs on the wheel. My truck has 5.

I'm doing a lot of towing of a heavy trailer, so I want some shocks that can handle the increased load of a trailer. If they fit my truck as well, I'd prefer the heavy duty shocks for towing.

Anyone else had to pick Bilsteins for this truck? Which ones do I get?
