Hey, I recently began installing a pa 3 inch body lift on my 2wd 2000 f150 ext cab. I am having alot of trouble getting off the rear bumper, even with an air compressor. Does anybody have any advice? is it neccesary to take it off?? thanks alot!

shoot the bolts/nuts with penetrating oil and let it sit for a little while. shoot it again and then try to get the bolts out

Yep, I always suggest people start doing this a week or so before installing the lift. You can also heat the bolts slightly.

If you look in the picture you will notice that the bead of the bolts are held in a plastic dog bone. The heads will spin in the dog bone and you will end up cutting them off. Or you can snap off the plastic and use a vice grip on the head.
