do you want to get back to stock height or lifted right now? stock-it probably has atleast lowering shackles if not lowering hanger(what the shackles mount to), another option is they might have removed the overload spring in the leaf pack along with one or both of the above.look at the back of the leaf spring and if either the shackle or the hanger look new or newish(not dirty like the frame) then they will need to be replaced to bring it back to stock height, one you replace those to lift it get some new blocks

did you get a chance to look at your suspension and try to figure out whats new? as to where to get the parts-ebay, Lmc, im not too sure about where to get stock parts, mainly aftermarket. you could always go to ford but youd be better off buying a new truck for what theyll charge you

yes it would help, but its kinda pointless with lowering equipment on your truck cause itll only put you back to stock. once you get it back to stock height and then put the block on youll be good to go

Looks like about a 2" shackle.

those might be lowering shackles,i havent looked at mine enough to tell the difference but everything else looks stock. if it turns out they are lowering shackles(other people should know) you just need to get stock length ones and go from there

the only thing i can think of is a drop hanger in the front cause your rear hanger looks stock too...so like patman said take a pic of the front of your leaf springs.

99% sure thats a lowering hanger, it doesnt put the front of the spring below the frame and it uses bolts and not rivets to hold it on. replace that with a stock one to get the height back
