just as i thought everything was going good on the body lift after the bed bolt. I broke off the 2 front bolts too. Still trying to figure out how to get those out. I did get truck lifted up with body lift but still need those bolts removed.
Any ideas on best way to remove the or just but part of the bushing shaft off that has the threads in it.

I will post some pics tomorrow evening. I had to cut the front mounts almost in half to get bolt out. but it fixed now. Trying to figure out the part is saying to cut the frame in the fron to mount the front bumper now. I will get some pics as it sits and however it sits when i finished tomorrow. Hopefully I can finish the few bolts tomorrow on the frame and get everything together.

I never ended up having to cut the front frame to get the bumper back on. It just went on fairly easily on both Body Lifts.
The kit I got for my Screw actually had black caps with it, that I had no idea what they were for. They were too big to stick in the front holes of the frame that were now exposed since I lifted and remounted the bumper. So I trimmed them down with a saw, mounted the tow hooks underneath the exposed frame and them put the caps in. Here's a pic of what I am talking about. Look at the black caps above the tow hooks:
Thing is though, I don't ever recall getting these caps with the 2000 SCab we lifted, so I don't know. Maybe I just got lucky...

The vent line that was provdied to us on one of the kits was too big also. We used a piece of rubber hose in it's place. Maybe even garden hose but I can't be sure.
