Go to 4wheelparts.com and look at them both. The stage II kit comes with the adjustable coilovers for the front. You can adjust them for the exact height you want and the kit comes with the MX 6 shocks for the rear too. The basic kit will do just fine for normal driving and some off road use, the stage II kit is about $500 more but more growing room with that one too. You can crank up the coilovers and add an AAL to the rear to get 8" out of the stage II. Then you can run a 37" tire, with the basic, you have to be happy with 35". Once you lift it... you WILL want more soon. If you can swing it, I'd suggest the stage II.

I agree with bigrigpapa. Just would like to add some info in running 37's.

Wheel width, backspacing, tire width, and tire make will play a role in fitting bigger tires.

I run a 37x12.50 KM2 on a 17x9 rim with 4.75" bs. It seems to be close to the perfect setup if you wish to try for 37's

Good luck on the lift. ProComp makes an excellent product.

Good call on the tire brand and sticking with 35's.

The Stage II would still help you with your application.
