well... ford frames are one of the strongest in the industry, just not there lower controll arm mounts! lol not to big of a deal but that is a the drive side lower control arm mount.

more than likely caused by offroding but this just shows how 8" + lifts tear up your IFS. ill snap some more pictures of what it looks like now, i had 1/4" grade 8 peices of metal welded on both sides of every mount so they are 4x as strong as before.

so next timw someone says that a 12" want tear up you IFS look at what an 8" did!

Don't think thats possible... No such thing as a true 27" rim or tire as far as I know.
More than likely he has 28" rim on 325/35/28 tire which would be 37" and look exactly like whats on my buddys H2 Hummer. Definetly not off roading tires.
Gotta love the H2, even on 37"s no lift required...

Easy there fella, no need to hate on someone who is not even a member of the board that can reply or defend himself. I was just useing the pic as a refference for what the guy I responded to was saying.
To each his own guys, everybody has a different taste in what they like but that does not make it "chit" as you put it. That H2 has more work done on the interior/exterior/engine/brakes/tires/audiovideo/suspension then you can even fathum. Just cause he chose not to lift his vehicle and ride off road rims & tires does not make it "chit".
The amount of armchair quarterbacks on this board that drive "chit" boaring looking trucks that sit around and hate on people on a daily basis that actualy put in work on there rides is truly amazeing...

Not hurt at all, not even my truck, just don't understand why for the most part people hate on everything that isn't a jacked up F150 on 37" mudders on this site.
Do you even own a truck???

Nope not anymore, but I did own two NBS F150s with enough money in them to buy a whole 'nother truck. I'm going to be buying another one with the funds allow. Anyways everyone has their own opinion and I can't stand that look thus it looks like chit to me. Apparently others feel that way, too. There is no reason for you to get butt hurt over it, especially since it's not even your ride.

PS: No, I don't hate on lowered vehicles at all. I love Dribone's, Anaheim Drew's etc. I'm probably going to put my next F150 on 22s or 24s.

It's not what the 8" lift did, its what you (jumping your truck over sand dunes) did.

Even a stock truck would do something similar after getting airborne that many times.

6k pound trucks on IFS aren't designed to be jumped.
