The coil over lift kit comes with the Dirt Logics up front and optional Dirt Logics in the rear.
Performance kit is their fancy name for the basic kit. Comes with all new shocks and new spring plates up front, but you re-use your factory springs.
Performance kit gives more of a stock ride, where Dirt Logics offer better off-road ability and are also adjustable (meaning you can gain an EXTRA 2" of lift from them)
I am running the "Performance" lift kit. the price was too good to pass up ( about $1400 delivcered to my door) , and it has held up great for me. I off road and tow pretty often and have no complaints so far. I will upgrade to an aftermarket adjustable coilover someday, but for now I like it.
