forget rize
they suck i got absolutely no help from them at all...i told them about my problem they said go to the company that installed it...which was s an m truck world they did absolutely nothing to help either they wouldnt even try calling rize for me the just said (in not so many words) to bad its not our problem...so then i went to jeffs jeep yard were they do alot of custom fabrication and work on big trucks seeing if they could help me...they tried everything they put it up in the air and looked at everything possible...they said i should think about a different lift or goin back to stock....stock is not an option...so im wanting to know what you guys think i should do either a high performance lift kit that will function properly on and OFF ROAD...or should i go custom and get a custom lift and if i go custom i want 8 inches plus of lift and if i do that how much would it run...estimated...im already on my second set of tires and i only have 10,000 mile on my truck and i cant afford another 1200 for tires

Seriously. I would love to put a Dana 60 up front, but I don't wheel often enough for that to be feasible.
OP: what problems are you experiencing with your truck (other than customer service)?

It really is the install shop who should be taking action, then working with rize if need be to fix it. Maybe replacing the who lift kit altogether (it does have a warranty). My install shop has been nothing but helpful in every way possible with my setup/install. The salesman has even called me twice after the install to make sure everything is ok 'anything that goes wrong we fix free of charge, we love our customers' and remind me to come back in for a retorque. Point being, find another shop and let them look at it. Or call Rize, talk to Jon and ask him who he suggests you try, your shop is nothing but deadbeats and not helpful at all.
You could fix your problem with some caster/camber plates.. I used them on my mustang when I lowered it and the wheels were sitting the same way. But you shouldn't need them with the rize. I'd try and get the kit replaces with maybe 2-3recommendations from diffrent shops. Sounds like you got a needle in a haystack bad apple, or the shop in your area sucks.

im not sure here. do the 04+ come with eccentric bolts for the upper control arm? i assume so since my 97 has em. if not, get those and you'll be happy. otherwise i would say maybe theres an issue with your upper arms or possibly the lowers mounting location. throwing things out to ponder.

not trying to rub it in man just messing around.... well i would look into a SAS but its a shame you have all that money into the lift and neither Rize nor the place that lifted it will help ya out.
