No not at all I haven’t noticed anything but gains. That muffler gives me enough back pressure to keep my torque up but it opened up some airflow for some added HP! I’m also geared witch put me back to stock if not a little better than. I 've been thinking about my next mods... I'm thinking about 38's a body lift and some fox coilovers... but IDK...

So 6" Fabtech guys, what kind of before and after gas mileage ratings are you guys getting? My stock height 5.4 Supercab is getting me 16.2mpg with magnaflows. A year or two from now it will have a 6" Fabtech with 18" somethings, in a 35 size, wondrous as to what the economy will be like then.

Hey budd, Im interested in those fox coil overs your talking about. Is it possible to have some made for my truck?? cause the shop im at said they can have some custom Sway Away shocks made for me that would run 1200, I dont like the kings cause they have such a long strut on them. Advise
Talk to Alon@modbargains.... he was having a special awhile back on these coilovers... might be able to do the same ??? Not sure.

Before the lift i was averaging 14.3 city and 19.2 highway (i dont drive fast).
I cant really give you exact figures for after the lift since i haven't re-calibrated my speedometer yet (so my truck reads false mileage), but it has dropped probably about 2mpg for both city and highway.
It is so worth it though.

Ride quality is just fine.... but I don't think I would install another...
I'm kind of a show person... I buy for looks AND function, the looks factor of pro comp JUST doesn't do it for me.
Next will probably be rize.... I really want to be the only one in my town that has it... I think I've seen ONE truck in Edmonton with a rize lift... Out in my town, none.
It nice being the only one to have a certain something
( aka, a lifted HD 150 )

I am a big fan of Sway-A-Way coilovers. Great products and a great company. Not sure why you need "custom" shocks, since they sell there coilovers for Ford F150's and a 6" lift. So unless you have more of a suspension lift, you don't need "custom" ( body lifts/spacers wont change shock height ). These are top quality shocks and the way to go IMO. I have ridden on both their coilovers and their airshocks... can't say enough good about em.
Talk to Alon@modbargains.... he was having a special awhile back on these coilovers... might be able to do the same ??? Not sure.
I have the smaller 4.6L 6" lift, 18" rims, 35" tires, I get a mix of roughly 15mpg city/highway. I do a pretty even mix of driving. But am also learning to be light on the pedal. Off-road or towing mpg's are chitty !!! But I didn't expect anything more, in fact, was pleasently surprised with my mileage.
