Suspention Question

I have a 2003 F150 ext. cab 4X4, still stock no lift what so ever, and i was wonderin what would be the best suspention to get?
any suggestions?

i would go with any of the popular lift kits. Pro comp, rancho, fab-tech their all pretty good. It just depends on what your preference is if your going with just a basic 4 or 6 inch lift.

I'd go with the Fabtech or RCD lifts.
