New Truck-New Lift

Ok guys I have narrowed it down to either a procomp of fabtech lift. Either way I go I am getting the coil overs and what not. What are your thoughts on these 2 kits. On the website that I looked at them it says you can only run 35's, but u see that some guys have 37's. Let me know any opinions you guys and gals have, and ill have pics of the truck up soon.

Thanks, Alex

if you get the coil overs you can crank them up 2" to run 37's, i think either kit will be fine

fabtech would be a little bit better because you do not have to stack blocks in the rear

The Fabtech is a little higher quality.

So would you recommend the 35's or the 37's?

If you drive your truck everyday stick with 35" because gas will not stay cheep, you also will need to regear, if not will be a dog.

Im just worried that 35's arent going to look big enough. Does anyone have a photo of them stand next to their truck with a 6 inch lift and 35's??? Thanks

if you are going to run 37's you would need to regear to help get some power back

RIght. Just go with a wide 35 inch tire like a 325/65-18 or 325/60-20 and it will look great.

I also have an '07XL. Mine has the Fabtech stage 2 w/ coilovers + steering stabilizer. Explorer Pro Comp does not offer the steering stabilizer. I do not know what the Pro Comp ride is like. But I can tell you that my lift kit rides better than stock.

^Truck looks great man, what size tires are you running. Also what shocks do you have in the rear. The kit I am looking at comes with the dirt logic rear shocks.
