Problem with leveling

I have a Rough Country 2.5 leveling kit. i put one side in and tighten everthing down in the spindel was hitting the spring when it was in the air. on the ground it was fine but i dont want it to hit when its in the air. when i get the front alined will still hit. any body have the same problem.

do you mean the upper control arm was hitting the spring? ive seen that before..... how often do you plan to have the suspension relaxed that far? if your not jumping your truck, and it is only when you jack it up, then its not hitting hard enough to do any damage. the alignment may help a little, but no matter what you do with a leveling kit installed, it will hit when you jack the truck up. the only way around it would be to jack the truck up by the control arms, but that can damage them real easily.

The Autospring leveling kit has a slight offset design to prevent this.
