anyone have Info on 6" lift kits for '03 f150?

im looking for a 6" lift for my '03, which i think is only between skyjacker and fabtech for a full 6". does anyone know which is a better kit? or is it just personal preference? i was leaning towards the skyjacker. and also i have 3" lift cams on it now, do i have to put the factory cams on the torsion bars when i put the 6" on? thanks

Fabtech is the favorite around here, the skyjacker kit either hasnt been around long for our trucks or is just not pushed very well.

Either kit will work great IMO. Id still recommend Fabtech

Another thing the "cams" you referred to im geussing they are aftermarket torsion keys. That allow you to gain extra lift in the front of the truck.

They should work fine with the Fabtech or SkyJacker, but so you know anything over 2" of lift without a drop down bracket is horrible for ball joints, cv shafts. If i was you id lower those down to about 1.5" or 2" max

Most people agree that the 5 inch RCD and the 6 inch Fabtech are the two best lifts for our trucks.

i don't like the design of the skyjacker kit for our trucks. the front crossmember is flat, and dull to me. the arched crossmembers of the fabtech, aside looking cooler, are stronger due to their arched shape. just my two cents, though.
