I rub with 9" of lift and 38's on my 4x4, I can only imagine how bad you're going to rub with 38's and 6" of lift on a 4x2

true i don't think i can do it! but i do have a 6 inch + 2.5 spacer + 1.5 inches of crank out of the coils so that is about 10 inches of lift on mine which would equal 8 inches on a 4x4 so it would be really close.

i think i will stick with 37's

When your suspension cycles you are going to get some nasty tire bite. I get it pretty bad around 8-9 inches with 37s. I wish I had a 11 inch lift.

your front angles are probably a horror show. at least you dont have to worry about cvs

2.5" spacer plus coils cranked, and your gonna do more cranking... say good
bye to the ball joints.

Because that makes you sound cooler than jimmy down the street? Makes your truck more BA?

I never understood the idea of getting bigger tires, just to say that you have them. If you need them or use them as they are intended on a constant basis, I can see that. But the whole "I got 38's...........just cuz I wanted to have a bigger tire than a 37" Is kinda retarded.

But hey opinions are like a-holes. Im down for lifting trucks sky high dont get me wrong, but to squeeze a tire thats not gonna fit well, just is not smart to me.
