Pulled out of a ditch, now truck pulls to the left
While house-hunting with the girlfriend I got into some South Carolina mud! Had to have a friend pull me out. Since then, the truck pulls left a bit. Tried an alignment but the Tech said it doesn't need aligning/shimming. Any opinions on what to do/adjust/replace to get the steering wheel straight?

Rabbit, the Tech said he put it on the alignment rack and there's nothing to align. I'm thinking something was done when getting pulled out. I trust him.
Chief, I didn't hit, I slid! I backed up to turn around on a dead end country road in Marion Co. As soon as I hit the lip where the road meets the ditch I said "uh oh" and I started sliding backwards. Girlfriend was oblivious. She just kept yakin' on the cell phone! The steering got scewy around the same time as I got stuck. Maybe at 86K it's time for some front end/steering work.

If your steering wheel was strait when you drove it before and now its not strait then you bent something or something is out of alingment. You can take a tape measure and check it your self at least the toe. Point wheels strait, measure distance on the front of the tires and in the same locations on the back. See how much off they are. Check your other suspension parts to see if anything is bent or out of wack. Is the rim bent at all?
