Here's a pic of mine which is a similar body style. I'm running 285\70\17's which are basically 33" tires. Only difference is mine is a 4x2. I think your 33's will look good, especially with your 10" wide wheels.

I think the wide sidewall and 10" wide wheels will get me by. I will just buy bigger tires when these wear out. I have no intention of getting rid of the truck- I really like it. I have an 87 sitting in the driveway too. I am the original owner, but it is time to say goodbye in the very near future.
