You can rent a spring compressor from most parts stores. You may need adjustable camber bolts so you might as well install them just in case. They are about $40 at most parts stores.

Yes, and the camber bolts are the bolts that mount the a-arms to the frame.

4Wheel Parts, ORU, National Tire and Wheel and just about any off road accessory store/mail order company will have Daystar products.
No, you won't need a steering stabilizer.

Yea ill be taking pics along the way and im just a kid compared to you chief, turning 20 tom.

im going to be doing it myself cuz i cant get a decent price to get it installed (under 500 with alignment) and going with the 1.5" kit. i will have to add a camber kit which wont me difficult.

the last shop i went to seemed to think that the rubber spaces that dont bolt in will fall out if offroading and the suspension decompresses. anyone heard about this or is it legit? call local offroad shop and they said its not true but just dont know

You want the Daystar urethane spacers, not the cheap rubber spacers that wedge in between the springs coils. Those will destroy your coilsprings. The Daystar spacers will not fall out on an F-150. The chance of that happening is the same as you coilsprings falling out.

That's what I thought. I was pretty sure with the grooves in the spacers as well as the upper control arms they'd be secure in there. Plus no one I have seen makes bolt in leveling kits for 97 to 03 or even 2wd. I'll do a full write up as soon as I get the kit and have time to put it in

ok so i got myself a new craftsman hydraulic jack on sale and ordered all my parts for this install. i go today to look at the truck and make sure i have all the size sockets i need and look at the upper control arms and see

which is what looks like a bolt with an off center oval washer on it. is this stock or an aftermarket camber kit just like what i ordered for my install.
