tell me about it, this axle killed my steering setup. working on a new knuckle now to put on that will have actual HIGH steer.
The steering does great the way it is but still isnt correct so its getting changed when that knuckle is done.

i know im taking the axles out, not sure what im putting in their place.
I really started looking at GM 2.5 Tons but dont know much about them. I know gearing is 6.17:1 i believe which would be alittle better for me. I also believe they are alittle smaller in overall size that Rockwells. But like i said dont know much about them. Biggest reason for lookin their way is it opens up the options of chevy transmissions such as an allison.
