40" tires (really 38's do to being on a wide wheel)

03 F150 Fx4
6" Fabtech lift
3" Performance Accessories Body Lift
torsion bars cranked
35" tires

Now remeber my truck will CLEAR 54's and will PERFORM best on 50's or smaller

The 03 With roughly 10-11" of lift will CLEAR 38x15.5's but will PERFORM best with 37x14's or NARROW 38x11's

The IFS wins in ground clearance to the center of the truck, but once i get full size tires it wont even be close.

My turning radius is MUCH better than a IFS truck on 38x15.5's and my tires are 2" wider. I dont rub ANYWHERE. 44's will rub at FULL lock on the leaf spring but thats cause i dont have bumpstops.

Strength is DEFINITELY in the SAS favor, 40's wont break D60's. 40's will break 1/2ton 8.8r cv axles. and 8.8 axle shafts.

Gearing goes to the SAS too. the IFS trucks come with 8.8r the lowest gearing you can run is 4.88's. The D60's have gearing up to 6.17 maybe lower. Im at 5.38.
