Replacing shocks

So I have an 04 FX4 and the rear drivers side shock is squeaking like a son of a gun. So I was thinking of replacing the rear ones myself. How hard is it to do. I have minimal tools and never changed out a shock before. I was thinking the bilstein 5100 and then getting the fronts with 2" leveling done at a shop. Thanks

its real easy...unbolt the old ones and bolt in the new ones. you don't need to jack it up or anything.

They are easier to get to without the tires and wheels on, but after that thaey are a piece of cake, torque to 66 foot pounds.
