I have an 02 F150 Single Cab and the back is quite a bit higher than the front..

At first I was thinking about a front leveling kit, but now I'm thinking a rear lowering kit instead.. I could keep the tires on there now, and not have to worry about the price of new 33s whenever I needed a replacement...

Does such "lowering kit" exist?

I'm hoping it might end up looking like a lightning? get back to me!

 

Yes, all you need are lowering shackles. Most suspension companies make them. THey will lower the rear 2 inches and level out your truck.

if you want lightning looks your gonna need a bit more then 2" which will cost alot more.

you need a 2/4 to lower and level the truck out to be about where the lightnings are
