wondering if i can put a 2 inch life block on top of the stock block or just add a helper spring ? will the helper spring give me two inches like the block will? will if ride rougher if i put the helper spring in?

 

You can stack blocks but I do not recommend it. I would remove the factory block and put in a 3-4" block for added lift or go with the AAL. The AAL will stiffin the ride a little but if you tow/haul it will come in handy there.
