2.5" RC kit for 1993 F150
I have been lurking around for quite some time and finally decided it was time to join up, especially since I got a few questions that I haven't been able to find the answers to in older threads.
I own a 1993 F150 XLT extended cab 2wd. Most people I know look down on 2wd trucks but I love tearing up the mud with just my 2 rears spinning, so I've been looking into a few different small lift kits and I have settled on the Roughcountry 2.5" kit so I can run 33's. However, I noticed for recommended tire size it lists 32x11.50's. I thought that can't be right because I am running 31x10.50's stock and there's plenty of room to clear a 32" tire. So my first question is, will I have any problems clearing a 33x10.50 BFG All-Terrain T/A KO?
and can anyone here offer some opinions regarding the general quality of the RC kit?
Also, are there any other classic F150 lovers on here?

1. Welcome.
2. The 2.5" lift kit for the pre-97 TTB trucks is not just a spacer, but an entire kit with new coils and drop brackets.
3. That being said, if you are going through the trouble to take everything that far apart, you might as well do a 4 inch kit. The amount of work will be the same.

go big or go home. like GT said, it will be the same amount of work no matter what size lift it is. my truck is only 2wd and im running total 9 inches of lift and i can clear 37's no prob. i have yet to be stuck down here in the Florida mud or up in the Colorado Rockies, helps when you have a locker too

Look in at all of these bigger 2wd trucks has got my mind runnin wild lol. I might just go on ahead and get the RC 6" suspension lift. I figure 6 inches of suspension for 500 bucks aint bad, and throw some 35x12.50 BFG all-terrains under it. She ought to be sittin pretty.
Unless, of course, if there's a cheaper way I could get at least 6" of lift??
