04-08 Front Shock install thread

Hey guys

I haven't been around for a WHILE.... But I remember when I was on here earlier in the year, I found a very detailed "How To" thread with pictures on how to change the front shocks on a 2004 F-150. I want to do it myself, but want to make sure I can before I start. I plan to take them off my truck and home and run the set-up to the shop and use their spring compressor to do the swap..

I did do a seach, but I didnt see it..

Thanks
X-

Look under Special Interest -> How To's -> on page 3 look for the "Auto Spring Install with Pics".... Pretty good write up. I knew it was pretty straight forward but wanted to know if there were any tricks to help out.. Still gotta have a shop swap the springs over though...

I took my fronts to Patrick. He rented a spring compressor, and he and one of his buddies installed mine. There are a few pics in this album.
